Matthew joined the RPG team in 2021 following two years of standout performance in home improvement sales. Since then, he has earned both the CFP® and CKA® designations, equipping him to serve clients with clarity, care, and a strong foundation in financial planning.
Matthew’s work is defined by a commitment to service and long-term relationships. He works closely with individuals and families to build meaningful financial plans, monitor progress, and adapt along the way. Helping clients pursue long-term financial wellness through a relationship grounded in trust and ongoing collaboration is at the core of Matthew’s practice.
He also partners with business owners to support their company retirement plans, helping manage fiduciary responsibilities, guide investment selection, and provide impactful participant education. His goal is to make 401(k) plans not only compliant, but valuable tools for both employers and employees.
A 2019 graduate of Grace College with a double major in business and sports management, Matthew began his financial services career in a support role while pursuing licensing and certification. That same diligence and humility continue to guide his approach with every client.
Outside of work, Matthew and his wife are active in their church community and love raising their daughter. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active, especially playing volleyball and ultimate frisbee.
